User Responsibilities

Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities and use of the Platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and data protection.Communication: Users are responsible for all communications with their leads, ensuring they follow all relevant telemarketing, email, and data privacy laws.

Refund PolicyWe offer a money-back guarantee if no results are generated. What we define as results is generating leads. If someone follows the steps we provide and does not generate leads, we will give them their money back. To qualify, users must:

Attend at least 10 live training sessionsSpend at least $3,000 on ad spend over the course of 3 months minimumBook support calls at least 3 times

All sales of services and access to the Platform are final, except for this money-back guarantee as outlined above.
